IRC has performed employment background checks for over twenty years. Unlike many other companies in our industry, background screening is our
only business.
Many of our employees and all of our management team have been with IRC more than fifteen years, providing our clients with experience, knowledge and customer service unmatched in the industry. Back in the 1980's when only a handful of background screening companies existed, turnaround time averaged 30 days, there were no written reports or detailed billing methods. Listening to the needs of our clients, IRC developed the two day turnaround, the written report, and the "RUSH". Today these procedures have become the industry standard.
