Information Resources developed many of the procedures that are used in our industry today. Back in 1988, when Information Resources began providing these services, there were not many companies in the pre-employment screening industry. In addition to being a pioneer in this industry, Information Resources began providing a much quicker turnaround time than other companies. We understood that although a five-day turnaround time was the norm, it was not acceptable to companies, which had to make hiring decision quickly so as not to lose good candidates to competitors. Reducing turnaround time to two-to-three business days made Information Resources an early leader in the industry.
